Recently, the industrial data released by Tianjin Binhai High-Tech Zone for the "14th Five-Year Plan" period showed that the average annual growth rate of the biomedicine output value in the zone reached 16%. It has ranked among the top in China's biomedicine industrial parks for three consecutive years, demonstrating a positive trend of both quantitative and qualitative improvement in the industry.

This achievement is attributed to the continuous efforts of the High-Tech Zone in promoting technological innovation and systematically building a full-chain innovation ecosystem. By integrating resources from national key laboratories, Haihe Laboratories, and municipal key laboratories, the zone has established a high-level innovation matrix and successfully facilitated the establishment of the National Modern Chinese Medicine Innovation Center. It will promote the coordinated development of the Huayuan Science and Innovation Pilot Zone and the Bohu Lake Advanced Manufacturing Zone. The zone will strengthen two major innovation and industrial highlands: the "Cell Valley" with distinctive features of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the "China Brain-Machine Valley."
