On February 10, Yunnan Baiyao announced that in order to build a modern R&D system and promote the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with modern technology, it has officially appointed two top scientists. Among them, Ms. Zhu Zhaoyun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, has been appointed as the company's strategic scientist for traditional Chinese medicine. She has long held key R&D positions at the Yunnan Institute of Materia Medica and Yunnan Baiyao Group and will oversee the company’s TCM development strategy.
 

At the same time, Dr. Zhang Ning, a professor at Peking University, has been appointed as the company's chief scientist. He holds a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University and currently serves as the deputy director of the Peking University-Yunnan Baiyao International Medical Research Center, among other positions, and will contribute to the company’s innovative drug development.

It offers "tailored strategies for each individual" in position design, with core positions including Chief Scientist of New Drug Development, Leader of Clinical Translation Research, Chief Architect of Health Ecosystem, and more.
 

In addition, Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has established a training system that covers the entire career cycle of employees, providing "dual-channel" promotion paths in management and specialization, as well as multi-level development programs such as the "Navigator Plan" and the "Fighting Bulls Club." On the other hand, Deyuansheng Group has jointly opened the "Deyuansheng Class" with Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, offering specialized courses like "Intelligent Processing Technology" and "E-commerce Live Streaming Operations" based on enterprise needs.
