March 2,Huadong Medicine(000963) Huadong Medicine Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Zhejiang Doer Biologics Co., Ltd., has recently received the "Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice" issued by the National Medical Products Administration. The clinical trial application for injectable DR30206 submitted by the company has been approved.

DR30206 for injection is an antibody fusion protein targeting PD-L1, VEGF, and TGF-β, intended for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The approval of this clinical trial marks a significant advancement in the development of this new drug. Globally, there are currently no antibody fusion protein drugs that simultaneously target PD-L1, VEGF, and TGF-β on the market.

Although this progress will not have a significant impact on the company's short-term performance, drug development is characterized by high investment, long cycles, and high risks. The future progress and results of clinical trials, as well as market competition conditions, all carry uncertainties.

In the first three quarters of 2025, Huadong Medicine achieved revenue of 32.664 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 2.748 billion yuan.
