TowardPi Medical Partners with Beijing Natural Science Foundation - Changping Joint Fund to Advance Ophthalmic Innovation

On April 2, the launch meeting for the 2025 Beijing Natural Science Foundation - Changping Innovation Joint Fund Project was held in Changping. TowardPi Medical participated in the establishment of the joint fund for the first time and spoke as a corporate representative.

In 2025, TowardPi will focus on key areas such as ophthalmic surgery, precise imaging diagnosis, core optoelectronic components, and new materials. It will fund outstanding teams from Peking University, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and Beijing Tongren Hospital to lead scientific research exploration and technological breakthroughs. In the future, TowardPi will continue to address clinical needs, using funds as a link to support the transformation of technological innovation achievements through the International Intelligent Medical Engineering Innovation Center and the Zhongguancun (Changping) Intelligent Ophthalmology Medical Engineering Industrial Park. By leveraging technological innovation to solve clinical pain points, it aims to boost breakthroughs in the development of domestically produced ophthalmic equipment, promote the aggregation of the international medical device city and its surrounding ecosystem, and accelerate industrial upgrading.
