Samsung Bioepis Advances Dual-Payload EGFR/HER3-Targeting ADC SBE313 Amid Oncology Pipeline Expansion

PharmaCircleMonitoring shows:Recently, on April 14, Samsung Bioepis Co., Ltd. under South Korea's SamsungSamsung BioepisSamsung Bioepis announces the official launch of Phase I clinical trial for SBE303. SBE303 is Samsung's first novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidate targeting Nectin-4, an adhesion protein specifically expressed in tumor cells such as urothelial carcinoma, lung cancer, and breast cancer.

The Phase Ⅰ clinical trial of SBE303 is an open-label, multi-center, first-in-human clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of SBE303 in subjects with advanced refractory solid tumors. In addition,Samsung Bioepis has also developed the EGFR HER3 dual-toxin ADC SBE313.
