On April 29, 2026, IVACTA Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("IVACTA Biotechnology"), an innovative biotechnology company focused on revolutionary in vivo CAR-T cell therapy, announced the completion of its Series A and Series A+ financing rounds consecutively, with a total financing amount exceeding 50 million US dollars. The two rounds of financing were led respectively by Loyal Valley Capital and Decheng Capital, with participation from OrbiMed.Hankang Capital, Eisai Innovation Inc., Xiamen C&D Emerging Industry Equity Investment Co., Ltd., as well as existing shareholders Qiming Venture Partners, Shunxi Venture Capital Fund Management, and Apricot Capital, among other well-known investment institutions, participated in the follow-on investment. Investors involved in IVACTA Biotechnology's financing include industrial capital and biotech professional investors from around the globe, whose recognition fully demonstrates the development potential of IVACTA Biotechnology's innovative technology. This will provide strong momentum for the company to accelerate clinical progress and global expansion of its products.

This round of financing will be mainly used to advance the clinical trials and registration application of IVACTA Biotechnology's core product GT801, as well as to expand the R&D team and platform construction, accelerating IVACTA Biotechnology's global layout in the in vivo CAR-T therapy field. Recently, at the 2025 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting (ASH 2025) held in December 2025, preliminary human data of GT801, IVACTA Biotechnology’s core project, was presented in an oral report. Following the completion of the Series A+ round of financing, Mr. Ronggang Xie, nominated by Loyal Valley Capital, and a partner nominated by Decheng Capital joined the board of directors of IVACTA Biotechnology.
