Chinese-American Biopharmaceutical Society(Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association, abbreviated as CBA, official website: www.cba-usa.org) was founded in 1995. It is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit professional industry organization, and also one of the leading Chinese-American biopharmaceutical technical associations in the United States. Headquartered in Maryland, USA, the CBA has established four major branches in Boston, Philadelphia, Canada, and Suzhou, China, building a global industry liaison network. Currently, the association boasts over 10,000 individual members and nearly a hundred institutional members, bringing together top experts, industry elites, and high-quality companies from countries and regions around the world, including China, the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Japan. This has formed a diverse and high-level global biopharmaceutical professional community.

Over thirty-one years of forging ahead, the CBA has consistently adhered to its mission of promoting exchanges and cooperation among biopharmaceutical professionals and supporting the development of the global life health industry. In 2024, CBA-China was officially established, initiated by several former core members of CBA and joined by many senior figures in China's pharmaceutical industry. It inherits the core mission of CBA, fully promoting in-depth exchanges and cross-border cooperation among global biopharmaceutical professionals, further enhancing trade and technical collaboration between China and the U.S. in the biopharmaceutical industry, and continuously playing a role in talent and enterprise incubation to foster a high-quality industrial environment that advances the integration of industry, academia, and research. Relying on AmerChina PharmaTech Consulting Co., Ltd., CBA-China conducts various industry conferences and exchange activities in compliance with domestic regulations, achieving localized and standardized operations.

Since its establishment, CBA-China has achieved remarkable results, successfully hosting two consecutive CBA-CHINA annual conferences in Suzhou in 2024 and 2025, attracting over 20,000 participants in total. These two grand events brought together nearly a thousand top industry guests from China and abroad, including Nobel laureates, multiple academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and senior executives from multinational pharmaceutical companies.
