Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the hematologic system in China, among which diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) accounts for over 60%, being the most frequently observed subtype in clinical practice. Although first-line immunochemotherapy regimens can achieve long-term remission in approximately 60% of patients, 30%-40% of patients will progress to relapsed/refractory disease.
