Pancreatic cancer recurrence with liver metastasis, now back to normal life after 39 months; Stage IV endometrial cancer resistant to chemotherapy, complete tumor disappearance after a single infusion, disease-free survival over 4 years; Melanoma with systemic metastasis and failure of multiple treatment lines, 47% reduction in lesions after TIL therapy; KRAS G12D mutant lung cancer with no available drugs, 45% tumor shrinkage and complete relief of cancer pain after treatment...

These survival miracles, which sound like "Arabian Nights," all come from a nationally innovative therapy ——The World's First Natural TIL Cell Therapy Without Lymphodepletion and IL-2 InjectionGC101. It breaks the treatment barriers across different cancers, requiring no lymphodepletion, no IL-2, and with just a single infusion, it has brought new hope to countless late-stage patients abandoned by conventional treatments, showcasing the global hard power of China's cell therapy! Encouragingly,GC101Not only were亮眼 clinical data公布 at international顶级 academic conferences, but recently there has been重磅 news:In 2026, Juncell Therapeutics' GC101 will submit an application for market approval, onceSuccessfully approved, it will become the first TIL therapy to be launched in China.,Chinese patients may look forward to the arrival of domestically developed TIL therapy in the near future.
"The recurrent lesion in the head of the pancreas is already close to10 cm, as big as an orange, and liver metastasis has occurred. At that moment, I felt that my time might really be running out.I hid in the ward's restroom and took a photo of myself with my phone — thinking that if I didn't have the chance later, it would at least be a keepsake for my family."Recalling the darkest moment of 2022, Mr. M's voice still trembled slightly.
Fortunately, just as he was about to give up hope,A well-known cancer center in China is conducting aNovel Cell Immunotherapy-- TILClinical trials,Like a ray of hope, it pierced through the haze and entered his world. In August 2022, Mr. Mao, with a nervous heart, underwent TIL therapy, which was his last hope and also a high-stakes gamble with fate.
A Miracle Arrived Silently. In October 2022, After TIL InfusionJust 6 Weeks, and the follow-up imaging showed that the recurrent lesion in the head of his pancreas had grown rapidly.Reduced to 3 cm, the residual liver metastases disappeared without a trace. Not only that, but multiple tumor markers that were previously at high levels miraculously returned to normal. In every follow-up examination thereafter,His tumor lesions kept shrinking until they lost metabolic activity.。

In March 2021, during a routine体检, Ms. L was found to have an ovarian mass and swollen lymph nodes. Her tumor markers CA125 and CA199 were both over 200 U/mL. Further examination confirmed stage IV endometrial cancer. During the surgery, it was discovered that the tumor had spread to the omentum and pelvic cavity, indicating peritoneal metastasis.
Postoperatively, Ms. L underwent multiple rounds of chemotherapy, but her tumor markers not only failed to decrease but continued to rise, developing into a "platinum-refractory" cancer – a type with an extremely poor prognosis and very short survival period, rendering conventional treatment meaningless. Even after attempting the "K-lava therapy" combining Keytruda with Lenvatinib, the progression of the disease could not be controlled.
At her wit's end, Ms. L participated in the clinical trial of GC101 TIL for the treatment of recurrent/advanced gynecological tumors and successfully received a single infusion of TIL cells in August 2021.

After discharge, each follow-up result brought surprises: the tumor markers continued to decrease, the tumor kept shrinking, and more than two months after treatment, all examination indicators returned to normal. Now, four years later, Ms. L has long resumed her normal life and work. She no longer needs long-term medication or frequent visits to various major hospitals, completely freeing herself from the physical and psychological torment brought by cancer.
Mr. X, in his 40s, was diagnosed with acral melanoma in 2015 due to a black spot on his heel. After undergoing radical surgery, his condition remained stable for 9 years, and he almost forgot that he was a cancer patient.
A year ago, the peaceful life of Mr. X was shattered when a follow-up examination for swollen and painful left inguinal lymph nodes led to a diagnosis of melanoma recurrence, with metastasis already present in both lungs. He subsequently underwent lymph node dissection surgery, along with third-line treatments such as PD-1 antibody therapy and targeted therapy (NRAS mutation), but none were able to control the progression of the disease. In just a few months, tumors had extensively spread to both lungs, the inguinal region, subcutaneous abdominal wall, and erector spinae muscles. The severe pain left him unable to sleep at night, drastically reducing his quality of life.
In early 2025, Mr. X successfully enrolled in the GC101 TIL pivotal Phase II clinical trial (MIZAR-003 project) and completed a single infusion of TIL cells in early June 2025.
Six weeks after the infusion, the first efficacy evaluation was振奋人心: the overall target lesions shrank by 31.9%, with the largest single lesion of 62mm shrinking by nearly 40%, reaching partial response (PR). More reassuringly, he only experienced mild adverse reactions such as chills and fever, recovered quickly after symptomatic treatment, and did not experience any severe discomfort.

Another patient with acral melanoma had an even more severe condition: the lesion on the right sole had grown to nearly 9 cm, preventing normal walking, and there were metastases in vital organs such as the lungs, pleura, and abdominal cavity. The disease continued to progress despite treatments with PD-1 monotherapy and dual immunotherapy. At the end of 2024, she enrolled in the GC101 TIL clinical trial conducted by Juncell Therapeutics, and the infusion was completed in early 2025. After 18 weeks of infusion, the lesions in the left lung, abdominal cavity, and right sole shrank by 47.4%, 31.7%, and 36.0%, respectively. The overall assessment was partial response (PR), her physical condition significantly improved, and she regained the ability to walk.

Lung cancer is the most prevalent malignant tumor in China, and once drug resistance occurs, the treatment difficulty is extremely high. Especially for patients without available targeted drugs, their survival hope is very slim. The following two lung cancer patients both achieved a remarkable turnaround with the help of GC101 TIL therapy.
The first ROS1 fusion-positive advanced lung cancer patient was diagnosed with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the left lung in May 2020. The patient successively received treatments with crizotinib, pemetrexed + carboplatin + bevacizumab combination therapy, and entrectinib, but the condition remained uncontrollable. In October 2024, splenic metastasis occurred, leaving the patient in a dire situation with no available treatment options.
After a single infusion of TIL cells, there was only a brief episode of transient fever and decreased blood cell counts, with no other adverse reactions. At the 42-day efficacy evaluation, the tumor had shrunk by 33%, lactate dehydrogenase plummeted from 2377 U/L to 258 U/L, and the patient's physical condition had significantly improved.

The second patient is a stage IVB lung adenocarcinoma patient with a KRAS G12D mutation, diagnosed in April 2022 due to left chest pain. There are currently no targeted drugs available on the market for the KRAS G12D mutation. The patient successively received combination treatments of immunotherapy + chemotherapy, and immunotherapy + anti-angiogenic therapy + chemotherapy. However, due to intolerable adverse drug reactions, treatment had to be discontinued, resulting in rapid disease progression, severe cancer pain, and an inability to care for oneself.
After enrolling in the GC101 TIL clinical trial, he received a single cell infusion and only experienced a brief, transient decrease in blood counts. At the 42-day efficacy evaluation, the tumor had shrunk by 45%, carcinoembryonic antigen levels returned to normal, the enlarged lymph nodes in the neck completely disappeared, and cancer pain was also alleviated, reigniting hope for survival.

Believe that after watching the above inspiring data and cases, patients all want to know what kind of therapy Mr. Zhang received.
GC101 isJuncell Therapeutics (Shanghai)Successfully DevelopedThe World's First Natural TIL Cell Therapy That Requires No Lymphodepletion and No IL-2 Injection, and was approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) to enter Phase I clinical trials in April 2022.Currently, it has entered the pivotal Phase II clinical trial (MIZAR-003) and is recruiting patients at 24 centers across 20 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China.
Clinical data show:For advanced malignant solid tumors such as lung cancer, melanoma, and cervical cancer,GC101 Achieves an Objective Response Rate (ORR) Exceeding 38%, with Four Patients Having Complete Tumor Clearance, Reaching Complete Response (CR); the Longest Disease-Free Survival Time Exceeds Two Years. Additionally, Six Patients Achieved Partial Response (PR) with Tumor Reduction Greater Than 30%.
This China-developed innovative TIL therapy differs from the U.S.-approved AMTAGVI™ (Lifileucel). All patients only need to stay in a general ward to receive treatment before the TIL cell infusion. No need to undergo high-intensity non-myeloablative lymphodepletion preconditioning, and no infusion of any dose of IL-2 is required after TIL cell infusion. The simplified clinical protocol can still ensure the effective proliferation of TIL cells in patients.Maximally Avoid AMTAGVI™ Black Box Warning Related Adverse Reactions(such as: treatment-related mortality events, persistent severe cytopenia, severe infections, cardiopulmonary and renal function impairment, etc.) occurrence risk,Greatly improve the safety, convenience, and accessibility of TIL therapy.
2025Research results published at ASGCT show that independently innovated in ChinaDeepTIL®Cell Enrichment and Expansion Platform(Dual-frEE Platform (feeder cell free and IL-2 free)), without the need for trophoblasts and high concentrationIL-2Can be successfully applied to various types of solid tumor tissues(IncludingGlioma, Sarcoma, Ovarian Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Gastric Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, etc."Cold Tumors" with Low Immune Cell Infiltration)Amplification of a sufficient amount of highly active non-IL-2Dependent TypeTILCells, and without the need for combination with any dosageIL-2In this case, it demonstrates good tumor-killing ability both in vivo and in vitro.
Patients do not need to undergo lymphocyte-depleting chemotherapy before infusion, nor do they need to be treated with any dose of IL-2 after treatment. During the treatment period, there is no need for admission to a sterile ward or intensive care, among other clinical innovations. These advancements have been recognized by both subjects and researchers, who have personally validated the scientific and practical nature of this innovative research outcome.

The good news is that, currentlyClinical trials of GC101 for advanced melanoma and solid tumors are still ongoing, and many patients have successfully enrolled through the Global Cancer Doctors Network.
