On May 7, InnoCare announced that the company's self-developed novel ADC drug targeting CDH17, ICP-B208, received CDE approval to commence clinical research.


2) Unblinding of Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s LH-1801 Tablets Phase III Clinical Trial


On May 7, Jiangsu Lianhuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that the Phase III monotherapy clinical trial of the Class 1 new drug LH-1801 tablets has completed unblinding and obtained preliminary analysis results of the main data, with the primary endpoint meeting expectations. This drug is a novel SGLT-2 inhibitor indicated for Type 2 diabetes. The monotherapy trial showed that at 24 weeks of treatment, the changes in HbA1c from baseline in both the 20mg and 40mg LH-1801 tablet groups were superior to the placebo group (both P-values <0.0001). In the combination therapy trial, the efficacy of LH-1801 tablets combined with metformin was non-inferior to dapagliflozin combined with metformin.
