Shanghai-based Cosmetic Giant Shangmei Partners with Renowned Pediatrician Cui Yutao to Launch New Venture 'Yufu Technology'

After Kans' parent company, Shanghai Magic Holdings, collaborated with pediatrician Cui Yutao to establish the infant and children skincare brand "Yiye," they jointly founded a new company named "Yufu Technology." According to Tianyancha, Yufu Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 14, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes wholesale and retail of cosmetics, sales of maternal and infant products, etc. The shareholders include Beijing Cuiyutao Clinic Co., Ltd., Cui Yutao himself, and Shanghai Qingdao. Among them, Shanghai Qingdao is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Magic Holdings.
