NEUREGEN has laid out multiple innovative product pipelines in the fields of oncology, ophthalmology, and neurodegenerative diseases, which have significant unmet clinical needs, based on its original and globally leading in situ transdifferentiation (in vivo cell reprogramming) technology platform.
NRG-103 Injection is developed by NEUREGEN based on its proprietary in situ transdifferentiation technology (also known as in vivo cell reprogramming innovation technology), leveraging its globally leading transdifferentiation factor screening and optimization platform and viral vector development and optimization platform.Combining Transdifferentiation Technology with Tumor ImmunotherapyAn innovative product developed for the treatment of glioblastoma. This product not only exhibits excellent tumor cell killing ability but also transforms glioma stem cells, which are insensitive to chemotherapy and immunotherapy, or glioma cells that have developed drug resistance, into non-proliferating cells through transdifferentiation. By effectively eliminating the cellular source of tumor recurrence, it addresses the clinical challenge of high recurrence in glioblastoma at its root, with the potential to significantly extend survival.
Among them,NRG-103It has successively obtained clinical trial approval (IND) from the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the China National Medical Products Administration, orphan drug designation (ODD) and clinical trial application (IND) approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and has entered Phase I clinical trials for registration in China. It is a truly innovative drug originating from Chinese science and recognized as a world-first (FIC) investigational drug.
As the company enters a fast track of development, it will continuously push forward and expand in core dimensions such as technological iteration, core product R&D, overseas expansion and BD collaboration, and ongoing financing with increasing efforts. This will further strengthen NEUREGEN's technological, capital, and operational capabilities in the global cutting-edge fields of oncology and neurological disease treatment. The aim is to accelerate the productization and industrialization of various innovative therapies, thereby benefiting patients worldwide, rewarding shareholders, and bringing value to society.
