In the first quarter of 2026, the overall sales in the biopharmaceutical industry increased. Among the top 25 companies in the industry, eight achieved double-digit revenue growth year-on-year, showing an improvement compared to the same period last year. In contrast, for all four quarters of 2025, only six pharmaceutical companies reported double-digit revenue growth in any given quarter.

Eli Lilly remains at the top of the growth chart, leading for six consecutive quarters, with a revenue increase of 56% this quarter. Additionally, Regeneron grew by 19%, AstraZeneca by 13%, AbbVie by 12%, Sandoz by 11%, and Johnson & Johnson.10%, all achieving double-digit growth.
