On July 8, 2024, Kymera Therapeutics announced that, following the IDRC's review of the data, its partner Sanofi decided to expand two Phase II clinical trials for KT-474 in treating hidradenitis suppurativa and atopic dermatitis, aiming to accelerate progress toward pivotal clinical trials.

Kymera Therapeutics' stock price rose 10% in after-hours trading yesterday, reaching a market value of $2.2 billion.

KT-474 is a KRAK4 PROTAC molecule, part of Kymera's core pipeline, and has reached a collaborative development agreement with Sanofi. The subsequent pipeline includes STAT6 PROTAC, TYK2 PROTAC, STAT3 PROTAC, MDM2 PROTAC, and more.

Kymera still has $745 million in cash, which can sustain operations until the first half of 2027.
