Application Requirements:
Clinical scientists in China specializing in oncology, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases.
The application team needs to provide at least 80 biological samples by September 30, 2024, such as fresh or -80°C frozen serum, plasma, whole blood, cerebrospinal fluid, urine, etc., with priority given to multi-timepoint samples collected before and after medication or at different stages of disease progression.

Digital twin technology uses multi-omics patient data, public data, etc. to establish quantitative disease models, simulating disease or drug mechanisms. It empowers the exploration of key mechanisms and targets, evaluation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, patient stratification, repurposing of existing drugs, and more, showing great potential for scientific research and translational medicine applications. To promote the development of digital twin technology in China's translational medicine,AliveX Biotech Launches "Immune Digital Twin Model Program" Worth Tens of Millions, aiming to fund outstanding researchers in the field of immunology, jointly promoting the development and application of digital twin models for diseases and drugs.
Application Requirements:
Clinical scientists in China specializing in oncology, autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases.
The application team needs to provide multi-timepoint, multi-omics data for at least 30 cases showing the progression before and after medication or across different stages of the disease (including at least two of the following types of sequencing data: single-cell transcriptomics, flow cytometry, cytokines, metabolomics, lipidomics, transcriptomics) by September 30, 2024. This should also include relevant clinical treatment and drug data.
