On July 11, 2024, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) approved the registration of the innovative product "Iliac Vein Stent System" produced by Hangzhou Wei Qiang Medical Technology Co., Ltd."This product consists of a stent and a delivery system. The stent is pre-loaded in the delivery system and is a self-expanding nitinol stent, with tantalum as the marker material. The delivery system comprises a core rod, a sheath tube connector, a hemostatic valve, a handle, and an end piece. The product is sterilized using ethylene oxide and is for single use.
