In the first half of the year, AbbVie's autoimmune, oncology, aesthetics, neuroscience, and ophthalmology businesses generated revenues of $12.342 billion (+0.6%), $3.177 billion (+11%), $2.639 billion (+0.3%), $4.127 billion (+15.6%), and $1.071 billion (-10.6%), respectively.

In the autoimmune sector, Humira (adalimumab) dropped to $5.084 billion with a decline of approximately 32%, and its annual revenue is expected to fall below $10 billion. Meanwhile, Skyrizi (risankizumab) and Rinvoq (upadacitinib) maintained strong growth rates, generating revenues of $4.735 billion (+46.6%) and $2.523 billion (+60.4%), respectively. At this growth rate, Skyrizi is expected to surpass $10 billion in revenue by the end of the year.
In the field of oncology, Imbruvica (ibrutinib) continues to lose market share, with H1 revenue reaching $1.671 billion (-6.4%); Venclexta (venetoclax) shows steady growth, achieving H1 sales of $1.251 billion (+16%); new products in hematological oncology...CD3/CD20 Bispecific AntibodyEpkinly was approved last MayApproved by the FDA for marketing, sold within half a year in 2023$31 million, doubled to $63 million in the first half of this year.In addition, AbbVie acquired Im at the end of last year.Elahere (Mirvetuximab Soravtansine), the FRα ADC drug acquired by MunoGen, also contributed to its revenue within half a year.$192 million in revenue.
