July 29, 2024,Focus on AI-Driven Drug Discovery: MindRankAnnounced its molecular glue project designed for the MYC signaling pathway target - a regulator of eukaryotic translation and transcription functions."MindRank's Self-Developed New Drug"MindRank-103 Successfully Completes Preclinical Candidate (PCC) Nomination and Advances to IND-Enabling Stage.Using the self-developed AI-driven molecular glue rational design platform ProtaG™, the project has identified candidate molecules for cancers that currently lack effective treatments or have suboptimal therapeutic drugs, such as CDK4/6 breast cancer resistance, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and gastric cancer. This project is the fifth PCC molecule nominated by MindRank.

Preclinical studies show that the candidate molecule has potent degradation ability against the target, with target degradation efficiency approaching 100% and DC50 at picomolar activity levels. Cell models demonstrate its significant efficacy and ultra-high brain penetration; it is expected to be used for lung cancer, breast cancer, and their brain metastases. It has shown promise in multiple models, including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and small cell lung cancer.Potent anti-tumor cell proliferation activity (especially for MYC-High tumors), with good pharmacokinetics and safety.
About ProtaG™ Platform
ProtaG™ Platform is an AI-powered rational design platform for the rapid development of a new generation of molecular glue drugs targeting previously "undruggable" pathogenic protein targets. The platform integrates comprehensive molecular glue/Protac biological and chemical information data, refined through large models and human verification. Empowered by high-quality data, it accelerates the R&D of molecular glue pipelines under target and E3 ligase-driven strategies via artificial intelligence combined with molecular dynamics simulations.
