Preclinical studies have shown,MRANK-103It has a strong degradation ability for the target, with a degradation efficiency close to 100% and a DC50 at the picomolar activity level. Cell models show,MRANK-103Significant efficacy and ultra-high brain permeability; expected to be used for the treatment of lung cancer, breast cancer, and their brain metastases.MRANK-103It demonstrated potent anti-tumor cell proliferation activity in multiple models, including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and small cell lung cancer (especially for MYC-High tumors), with favorable pharmacokinetics and safety.
