Today (August 8),Hansoh Pharma and Guangzhou Lupeng Pharmaceutical Company Limited ("Lupeng Pharmaceutical") jointly announced that the two parties have reached an agreement on Lupeng Pharmaceutical's independently developedNext-Generation BTK InhibitorLP-168Sign a cooperation agreement.According to the agreement, Hansoh Pharma obtainedThe rights to research, register, manufacture, and commercialize LP-168 for all non-oncology indications in China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions)。At the same time, Hansoh Pharma will pay Lupeng Pharmaceutical an upfront payment and potential milestone payments based on research and development, registration, and sales-based commercialization.Total not exceeding 729 million RMB, as well as tiered royalties based on a high double-digit percentage of future product net sales.

LP-168 is a small molecule Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi). To date, Lupeng Pharmaceutical is conducting several clinical studies on LP-168, with its highest stage of development in China being a pivotal Phase 2 registrational clinical trial for oncology.
