HS-20093 is a novel ADC targeting B7-H3 developed by Hansoh Pharma.According toClinicalTrialsOfficial website, in July this year, researchers have registered an international multi-center Phase 3 clinical study (ARTEMIS-008), which aims to evaluate and compare HS-20093 with the standard of care (SOC) in terms of prolongingRecurrent Small Cell Lung CancerEfficacy in terms of overall survival (OS) for patients. This means that the product has entered the Phase 3 clinical research stage.
In addition, researchers are evaluating the efficacy of HS-20093 in treating various types of tumors in multiple phase 2 clinical studies, including recurrent or refractory bone and soft tissue sarcoma, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, esophageal cancer, and other advanced solid tumors.
