CN201 is a novel bispecific antibody targeting CD3/CD19, designed to mediate T-cell activation for the clearance of B tumor cells.CN201 is currently in Phase 1 and Phase 1b/2 clinical trials, respectively, for the treatment ofRelapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) and Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)。Preliminary clinical data show that CN201 has a good therapeutic prospect in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell hematologic malignancies.
