Provider of Atrial Fibrillation Electrophysiology and Peripheral Vascular Intervention Solutions
Recently, ShineyoMedical, a provider focused on cardiac electrophysiology and peripheral vascular interventional treatment solutions, announced the completion of a nearly 100-million-yuan A+ round of financing. This round was led by Guangzhou Jinkong Fund, with participation from multiple investment institutions such as Zhuopu Capital, Jinxin Capital, and Zhangjiagang Industrial Capital. Existing shareholder Xingzheng Capital continued its support.
This round of funding will be mainly used for the company's commercial team building, accelerating production base operations, and R&D of product pipelines, creating a differentiated portfolio of cardiac electrophysiology and peripheral vascular intervention products.
ShineyoMedical was established in May 2020 in the Zhangjiang High-Tech Zone of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Relying on three major technology research and development platforms—active devices, interventional catheters, and biomaterials—the company has entered two key sectors: cardiac electrophysiology and peripheral interventions. It aims to become a leading innovator in the field of electrophysiology and minimally invasive peripheral vascular interventional medical devices, providing doctors and patients with cutting-edge, accessible, and innovative clinical solutions. Over the past four years since its establishment, ShineyoMedical has independently developed innovative products such as the cardiac pulsed field ablation system (PFA) and venous closure system for cardiac electrophysiology and peripheral vascular interventions. The registration applications for these products were officially accepted by the NMPA in the first half of 2024 and are expected to enter the commercial validation phase by the end of 2024.
