Pfizer Reports Positive Phase 3 Clinical Trial Results for RSV Vaccine Abrysvo in Immunocompromised Adults

Gelonghui August 13 | Pfizer announced the safety and immunogenicity results of Sub-study B of the ongoing pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial MONeT. The results showed that administering two doses of the Abrysvo vaccine demonstrated favorable safety and immunogenicity in immunocompromised adult patients. These adult patients, aged 18 years and above, belong to a high-risk group for developing severe respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-related lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD).
