Acepodia’s ACC Platform Utilizes Bioorthogonal Chemistry, Building on the Groundbreaking Work of 2022 Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Carolyn Bertozzi, Applying Click Chemistry to Living Systems to Create an Off-the-Shelf, Non-Genetically Engineered Version of CAR-T Cell Therapy That Is Easier to Deploy and Avoids Cytokine Release Syndrome, Neurotoxicity, and Other Side Effects Associated with CAR-T Cell Therapy. Acepodia’s Lead Clinical Candidate, ACE1831, Is Currently Being Evaluated in a Phase I First-in-Human Clinical Trial for Patients with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Demonstrating Strong and Durable Efficacy After a Single Treatment at the Lowest Dose.
