Beijing News reported that on the evening of October 14, Medlander announced that Zhu Bisheng had applied to resign from his position as vice president of the company due to work adjustments. After stepping down as vice president, Zhu Bisheng will continue to serve as the general manager of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Weizhilan Medical Device Co., Ltd., and as the operations vice president of the holding subsidiary, Nanjing Ruishide Medical Technology Co., Ltd., where he will remain responsible for the business development and management of the subsidiaries.


As of now, Zhu Bisheng does not directly hold shares in the company but indirectly holds a total of 138,569 shares through Nanjing Hongland Deshang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Nanjing Weiland Jia Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership). Medlander stated that Zhu Bisheng's resignation will not have a significant impact on the company's daily management or production operations.
