Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692.HK) Announces AENEAS2 Phase III Trial of Ameile® (Aumolertinib) Plus Chemotherapy Meets Primary Endpoint in First-Line Treatment of EGFR-Mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced the evaluation of Amelie^®The Phase III Registrational Trial AENEAS2 of Combined Chemotherapy as a First-Line Treatment for Locally Advanced (Stage IIIB~IIIC) or Metastatic (Stage IV) Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) has met its primary endpoint of Progression-Free Survival (PFS). Amelie^®Combination chemotherapy has demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in PFS in patients with EGFR-mutated advanced lung cancer.
