B-cell malignancies are a class of malignant diseases originating from B lymphocytes. B lymphocytes are a key component of the immune system, responsible for producing antibodies to combat foreign pathogens. When B cells undergo abnormal proliferation and uncontrolled differentiation, B-cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma and lymphoma may develop.
