Based on a strategy that combines generative and rational design, and through comprehensive evaluation of the kinetic and thermodynamic properties of the designed molecules, we can thoroughly explore the near-drug chemical space of the project to achieve efficient and rapid assessment along with iterative dry-wet closed-loop cycles.On the other hand, DP Technology will integrate "differentiated strategies for fine details with systematic combinational innovation," leveraging the team's successful project practices and management experience in ADC Linker-Payload design. This approach involves rigorous and meticulous iterative design and optimization adjustments for the Linker and Payload, empowering the design of ADC drugs that are highly stable, significantly efficacious, and less toxic. It also supports various scenarios such as bystander effect evaluation, prediction of Linker enzymatic cleavage sites and stability, and assessment of aggregation effects, among other overall properties of ADCs.
