Recently, PV-Linc®, the first domestically-produced peripheral artery covered stent in China developed by Trulive, successfully restored blood flow for a patient with left common iliac artery stenosis. The patient showed good results after the implantation of the PV-Linc® peripheral artery covered stent, with significant relief of preoperative symptoms.
Patient Basic Information
The patient was admitted to the hospital with "intermittent claudication of the left lower limb for more than 1 year." After walking 400 meters, pain and numbness occurred in the left calf, and the symptoms were relieved after rest. The patient occasionally experienced dizziness in daily life.
Preliminary Diagnosis:
1. Left Common Iliac Artery Stenosis
2. Grade 3 Hypertension (High Risk)
3. Cerebral Embolism
Imaging suggests:
1. Bilateral iliac artery intima-media thickening with multiple mural plaques
2. Moderate to severe stenosis of the left common iliac artery
Surgical Procedure and Outcomes
During the surgery, the operator punctured the right common femoral artery under ultrasound guidance and successfully advanced the guidewire and catheter to the abdominal aorta. Angiography showed that the abdominal aorta and right iliac artery were patent, while there was severe localized stenosis in the left common iliac artery. The target vessel of the subject was the left common iliac artery, and the target lesion was a non-occlusive lesion. The length of the stenosis in the target lesion-side common iliac artery was 15mm, with a degree of stenosis of 90%. After switching to a crossover sheath and positioning the lesion segment of the left iliac artery, the operator selected an appropriate stent. The stent implantation site was the left common iliac artery. No PTA was performed on the target lesion. After the stent was delivered to the designated position, it was successfully deployed. The entire implantation process took only 3 minutes, and the surgical procedure went very smoothly. Postoperatively, the patient...All discomfort symptoms have completely disappeared.

Product Introduction
PV-Linc® is a peripheral arterial stent graft independently developed by Trulive. The product design fully considers clinical needs, with strong support from the balloon-expandable stent, precise release, and low shortening rate, making it easier for clinicians to operate. The exclusive coating technology greatly reduces the risk of dissection and severe bleeding during surgery, ensuring safer and more effective implantation. The post-dilation capability breaks through the "bottleneck" challenge, filling the gap in domestically produced products, and will benefit a wider range of patients.
