
Innovative Formulation Developer
This project aims to address the key issues of current RSV vaccines, such as insufficient cellular immunity and the imbalance of humoral immunity Th1/Th2. The research team will adopt innovativeQTsomeTMNucleic Acid Delivery Platform Technology: Integrating CpG, mRNA, and LNPs to Create pH-Responsive and Lymph Node-Targeted Properties for the Development of a Novel High-Efficiency RSV mRNA Vaccine. This research is expected to provide new insights into the integrated design of adjuvants and delivery carriers, laying the foundation for the development of next-generation mRNA vaccines capable of significantly activating cellular immunity and inducing Th1-dominant immune responses.
