This project aims to address the key issues of current RSV vaccines, such as insufficient cellular immunity and the imbalance of humoral immunity Th1/Th2. The research team will adopt innovativeQTsome^TMNucleic Acid Delivery Platform Technology: Integrating CpG, mRNA, and LNPs to Create pH-Responsive and Lymph Node-Targeted Properties for the Development of a Novel High-Efficiency RSV mRNA Vaccine. This research is expected to provide new insights into the integrated design of adjuvants and delivery carriers, laying the foundation for the development of next-generation mRNA vaccines capable of significantly activating cellular immunity and inducing Th1-dominant immune responses.

In global health cooperation research projects,WGICollaborating with Zhejiang University onLNP(Liposome Nanoparticles) Adjuvant Technology inRSV(Respiratory Syncytial Virus)mRNAThe application in vaccines has shown significant complementarity.WGIHaichang Biotech will collaborate with Zhejiang University on adjuvants andRSV mRNAIn-depth exploration will be conducted in the design and evaluation of sequences, the design of efficient delivery systems, characterization, process development, and research on immune mechanisms.
