XtalPi Secures RMB 5 Billion Strategic Credit Line from China Construction Bank to Accelerate Global Expansion of AI-Driven R&D Platform

Yesterday, XtalPi signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank, obtaining an intended credit line of 5 billion RMB (or equivalent foreign currency). Representatives attending the signing ceremony included Xinshu Wen, Chairman of XtalPi, Shimei Liu, CFO of XtalPi, Qiang Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy行长 of Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank, Jun Zhang, General Manager of the Technology Finance Innovation Center of Shenzhen Branch, and Zhixiong Yan, President of Tianbei Sub-branch.

According to the agreement, the Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank will leverage its business advantages to provide XtalPi with high-quality, comprehensive financial services, including group credit lines, overseas financing, fund management, international settlements, and supply chain finance. This will fully support XtalPi’s accelerated expansion and scaled upgrading of its businesses both in China and overseas, leading the commercial implementation of Artificial Intelligence for Science (AI for Science) in fields such as new drug development, new materials, new energy, chemical engineering, agriculture, consumer goods, and more.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement is a milestone in the collaboration between XtalPi and China Construction Bank, marking a new phase in their partnership. Moving forward, based on their previous successful cooperation, both parties will adhere to the principles of equality and mutual benefit, mutual support, and honesty and integrity.
