On November 15, Matwings Technology, an AI protein design company with international leadership, announced the completion of its Series A financing round exceeding 100 million yuan.This round of financing was led by Qiming Venture Partners, with participation from Yonghua Investment, Jingtao Capital, and existing shareholder Panacea Venture, among other institutions.The funds raised will be mainly used for the development of self-research projects and the continuous iteration and upgrading of AccelProtein™, a general artificial intelligence for protein design (originating from the Pro series artificial intelligence developed by the Hong Liang team at Shanghai Jiao Tong University), to ensure that Matwings Technology maintains a leading position in global technological innovation and market competitiveness.
