On November 18, 2024, YOUJIA BIO and Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. jointly announced that they had reached an in-depth cooperation agreement. The collaboration will focus on RNAi technology and target the field of metabolic diseases to jointly advance the development of innovative drugs. Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has obtained exclusive rights for the future development, production, and commercialization of the drug.

According to the agreement, YOUJIA BIO will obtain the rights to an upfront payment + milestone payments based on international practices, as well as future sales royalties both domestically and internationally.
