AI-Driven Drug Formulation Developer

Recently, METiS TechBio (METiS Pharmaceuticals) made consecutive appearances at the 39th Annual Meeting of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC 2024) and the 12th International mRNA Health Conference, showcasing preclinical research data for its innovative nucleic acid drug MTS105, designed to treat advanced liver cancer, drawing widespread attention.
At the International mRNA Health Conference,The company's poster "Organ-Specific Delivery of a mRNA-Encoded Bispecific T Cell Engager Targeting Glypican-3 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma" stood out from hundreds of reports and won the conference "Excellent Poster Award".It is worth mentioning that this conference was jointly planned and organized by international academic and industry experts, including 2023 Nobel Prize winner Katalin Karikó. This honor fully demonstrates METiS TechBio's outstanding R&D strength and innovation capabilities in the fields of nucleic acid drugs and precise delivery.
MTS105 is an mRNA-encoded bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) based on METiS TechBio's first-in-class tumor-targeting LNP delivery technology. Preclinical data show that MTS105 achieves high concentrations of localized specific expression in liver and tumor tissues while demonstrating good safety and tolerability. The project was listed as a major project under the 2022 National Biomedicine Innovation Center’s "Call for Heroes" initiative for nucleic acid drug technology breakthroughs.AndOfficially launched human trials in November 2024, marking an important step in clinical progress.
