  【Pharmaceutical Network Industry DynamicsAccording to data statistics, in October this year, at least 10 innovative drug companies in China announced the completion of a new round of financing. Among them, TenNor Therapeutics raised over 300 million RMB, while iRegene, Lixin Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., XsellSmart, and other biotech firms also raised over 100 million RMB each.
 
It was reported that on October 16, TenNor Therapeutics announced the completion of the first closing of an over 300 million RMB E-round financing. The proceeds will be used to support the company’s core new drug R&D pipeline, including late-stage clinical trials and commercialization of TNP-2198, a new drug candidate for treating Helicobacter pylori infections, and TNP-2092, a new drug candidate for treating infections associated with implanted medical devices.
 
Data shows that TenNor Therapeutics focuses on bacterial infections and microbiota metabolism-related diseases, targeting indications that currently lack effective treatment options and have significant market potential. Several of its new drug candidates have already entered the late stages of clinical trials. TenNor Therapeutics adopts a first-line therapy strategy in its new drug development to ensure commercial success.
 
On October 14, iRegene announced the completion of a Series B financing round exceeding 100 million yuan. The funds from this round will be used to accelerate the clinical advancement of the company's Parkinson's disease treatment products NouvNeu001/NouvNeu003 and ophthalmic treatment product NouvSight001 in both China and the United States. Additionally, the funds will strengthen the development of multiple innovative pipelines and the establishment of clinical capabilities, as well as enhance the company’s industrialization efforts.
 
Data shows that iRegene is an international innovative biopharmaceutical company focusing on the field of regenerative medicine. The company, through its technical platform, concentrates on small-molecule chemical transcriptional regulation of iPSC, establishing a one-stop cell drug R&D platform based on "Artificial Intelligence (AI) + Chemical Induction," and possesses a pipeline covering multiple products for neurodegenerative diseases, ophthalmology, and more.
 
On October 18, Lixin Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a C1 round of financing worth 300 million RMB. The funds raised will mainly be used to accelerate the company's clinical pipeline, especially the advancement of LM-302 and LM-108, and to support its innovative technology platform in continuously generating innovative pipelines.
 
Data shows that Lixin Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development of biologic innovative drugs in the fields of tumor immunology and the tumor microenvironment. The company is particularly dedicated to the development of macromolecular anti-tumor drugs targeting GPCRs and multi-transmembrane proteins, and possesses antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and bispecific antibody drug development platforms. Currently, Lixin Pharmaceutical has established multiple differentiated innovative drug pipelines, including ADC targeting CLDN18.2, anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody, anti-SIRPα monoclonal antibody, anti-PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody, and anti-CEACAM5/4-1BB bispecific antibody.
 
On October 20, XsellSmart announced its Series B financing, with the funding amount exceeding 100 million RMB. This round of financing will be used to enhance XsellSmart's clinical-grade iPS-derived cell therapy pipeline for neurological diseases, further conduct clinical research, and advance multiple registration clinical trials. To date, XsellSmart has completed over 300 million RMB in market-oriented financing through Series A/A+/B1 rounds within the past two years.
 
Data shows that XsellSmart is committed to providing scalable, low-cost stem cell therapy solutions for a series of major diseases like Parkinson's disease, which currently have no clinical solutions. XsellSmart has completed the construction of a strict clinical-grade cell quality testing system, as well as key platforms such as pluripotent stem cell reprogramming, cell processing, and in vitro efficacy evaluation, which can be used to treat a range of severe degenerative diseases.
 
On October 21, Xuanjing Biotech announced the completion of an angel+ round of financing exceeding 100 million yuan. The funds will primarily be used for the clinical research of the company's leading siRNA drug RG002C0106, the advancement of multiple preclinical pipelines, and the rapid development of in vivo delivery technology for non-liver tissues and corresponding pipelines. Meanwhile, since its establishment, Xuanjing Biotech has completed two rounds of financing totaling over 200 million yuan.
 
Data shows that Xuanjing Biotech focuses on the research and development and industrialization of small nucleic acid drugs, establishing three proprietary technology platforms, including the nucleic acid sequence design and screening platform RIHOST®, the chemical modification platform RICMO®, and the in vivo delivery platform LICOD®. Currently, based on various company strategies, Xuanjing Biotech has completed the development and validation of delivery carriers for seven types of extrahepatic tissues, including kidneys, muscles, fat, heart, central nervous system, lungs, and eye tissues, and has conducted evaluations of efficacy and durability in animals.
 
In addition, on October 12, Yinzhen Gene announced the completion of a strategic financing round. The proceeds will be used to further develop and enhance gene editing and delivery technologies, as well as to advance in vivo research projects. On October 17, Cellheal Bio announced the completion of a Pre-A round of financing worth tens of millions of RMB. The funds will primarily be used to advance the clinical trials of the company’s NP001 project, support the research and development of other pipeline products, and accelerate the clinical translation and commercialization process of Treg therapy. On October 18, Ruozhi Bio announced the completion of a Pre-A+ round of financing worth tens of millions of RMB. The proceeds will mainly be used for the technology transfer from pilot to commercial-scale production processes for the company's third-generation botulinum toxin drug pipeline (Sf9 cells, natural amino acid sequence). On October 23, Zedman Pharmaceuticals announced the completion of an A+ round of financing worth nearly 100 million RMB. The funds will primarily be used to accelerate the research and development, clinical studies, and commercial promotion of multiple drugs targeting the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) for the treatment of autoimmune inflammatory diseases. On October 23, Hongchen Bio announced the completion of an angel round of financing worth tens of millions of RMB. The proceeds will be used for the construction of the company’s iPSC innovative drug R&D and technology transformation platform.
