Since the approval of the 7F ClosureFast endovenous radiofrequency ablation catheter in 2014, it has served more than 200,000 patients in China. The newly approved ClosureFast single-use endovenous radiofrequency ablation catheter builds on the reliable closure performance of the previous 7Fr catheter, with improvements including a reduced catheter outer diameter (6F), an extended heating element (8cm), and upgraded catheter material. These enhancements improve resistance to kinking, increase flexibility, and optimize maneuverability, ensuring smoother and safer navigation through tortuous vessels, thereby enhancing procedural efficiency.
