Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692.HK): Fifth NDA for Aumseqa® (Almonertinib Mesylate Tablets) Accepted by NMPA

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that the fifth New Drug Application (NDA) for its innovative drug Almonertinib Mesylate Tablets (brand name: Amelie®) has been accepted by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China. The indication is for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations, in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy.
