Rehydration Therapeutics is dedicated to the development of innovative nucleic acid therapeutics featuring novel nucleic acid modifications, actively building a differentiated product pipeline covering diverse indications such as dry eye disease, corneal dystrophy, thyroid eye disease, uveitis, and macular degeneration. Its core candidate for dry eye disease, YM-101, has successfully completed an investigator-initiated trial (IIT) and is accelerating its Investigational New Drug (IND) application. Meanwhile, YM-102 for geographic atrophy, YM-103 for corneal dystrophy, and subsequent candidates are also progressing in an orderly manner.
