Drug Farm has successfully completed the first closing of its Series D financing round of USD 55 million. This round was jointly led by Shanghai Pudong Leading Area Investment Center and Shanghai Puxing Collaborative Private Equity Fund Partnership, with follow-on participation from Zhikai Capital Fuzhou Xinhe Fund, Shenzhen Luohu Donghai Ruizhi Pharmaceutical Industry Investment Partnership, and Keyuan Pharmaceutical. Existing investors including BVCF, YD Capital, Jiashan State-owned Assets Investment, Detong Capital, Weidu Capital, and Biometas also continued their investments. HaoYue Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction.
The proceeds from this financing round will be used to continue advancing the company's clinical and preclinical-stage research and development pipelines, accelerate global clinical development programs, strengthen regulatory and registration efforts in key markets, and further expand the company's research and development capabilities.

About DF-006
DF-006 is a first-in-class oral ALPK1 agonist immunomodulatory drug independently developed by Drug Farm, which effectively activates liver-localized innate immunity. DF-006 has successfully completed single-ascending-dose and multiple-ascending-dose evaluations in healthy volunteers, as well as multiple-ascending-dose evaluations in virologically suppressed HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B patients, with encouraging anti-HBV activity observed. The discovery of DF-006 has been published in Hepatology. Drug Farm has entered into a clinical collaboration with Xiamen Amoytop Biotech Co., Ltd. to jointly advance DF-006 for the treatment of hepatitis B and hepatocellular carcinoma.
