Under the expanded agreement, CHIATAI TIANQING, a subsidiary of Sino Biopharm, will be fully responsible forFluticasone Fumeate/Vilanterol/Umeclidinium Inhalation Powder(Trelegy)Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Inhalation Powder(Olverin)Import, distribution, hospital access, and promotional and non-promotional activities for the two products in mainland China.GSK will continue to serve as the Marketing Authorization Holder for the two drugs.(MAH), responsible for overseeing regulatory affairs, quality control, pharmacovigilance, and global brand strategy.

Both products are blockbuster cornerstone drugs in the respiratory field,Global cumulative sales exceed$23 billionAmong them, Trelegy is currently the first and only drug in China that can be used simultaneously for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).COPD)Triple therapy via a single-inhaler device for maintenance treatment achieved global sales of approximately USD 4 billion in 2025, firmly securing the top position in global inhalation product sales; Anoro Ellipta, the core dual-bronchodilator regimen for COPD recommended by the GOLD guidelines, recorded global sales of approximately USD 700 million in 2025.
