(Ribo Life Science, 06938.HK) Officially Announces Major Clinical Progress Update: Phase IIa Clinical Study Data of Core Product Vortosiran (RBD4059) for Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Indication to Be Disclosed for the First Time at the Inaugural CPIC Global Conference on Innovative Drugs, Held in Shanghai from July 22–24
The Company will officially release the results of this Phase IIa clinical study during the keynote session of the conference on July 22. Following the presentation, Ribo Life Science will host a dedicated session for the interpretation of vortosiran Phase IIa data, with live online streaming throughout the event. The Company’s core management team, together with internationally renowned cardiology expert Professor Carolyn S.P. Lam, will provide a comprehensive analysis of the trial data and engage in face-to-face Q&A with attendees.

Regarding vortosiran (RBD4059)
Vortosiran (RBD4059) is Ribo Life Science's product based on RiboGalSTARTMLeveraging its proprietary liver-targeting technology platform, Ribo Life Science has independently developed the world’s first siRNA drug targeting coagulation factor XI (FXI). By specifically inhibiting FXI gene expression and blocking the activation of the intrinsic coagulation pathway, the drug achieves precise anticoagulant and antithrombotic effects. Furthermore, its sustained inhibitory effect lasting up to six months offers a groundbreaking solution to address the unmet clinical need for poor adherence in long-term anticoagulation therapy.
