On July 6, SINOMAB BIOSCIENCE LIMITED announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary intends to sell the entire biopharmaceutical land, plant, production equipment, and supporting facilities located in Suzhou Industrial Park for RMB 280 million. This transaction directly resulted in the company recognizing a non-operating loss of approximately RMB 56 million on its books.
