In December 2024, he joined CSPC to oversee the clinical development and global medical strategy for the group’s innovative oncology portfolio. He officially resigned in April 2026 to embark on an entrepreneurial journey.

Dr. Hei Yongjiang possesses a comprehensive academic background, including clinical medicine training, a Master’s degree in Pharmacology from West China School of Pharmacy, and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Roche, and Novartis,Amgen，Ambrx (an ADC company later acquired by Johnson & Johnson, partnering with Sinocodes in China)such multinational pharmaceutical companies, and has also served as CMO of Qilu Pharmaceutical, CMO of Zai Lab, and CEO of Yuheng Biologics,Co-CEO of ZhiKang Hongyi, possesses extensive hands-on experience in global multi-center clinical operations, pipeline business development (BD), and translational medicine for innovative drugs, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), small molecules, and large molecules.

On April 13, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Huisibo Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., was registered and established in Qingpu District, Shanghai.
