Recently, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Medical Device Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CR Medical Devices”) and Jiangsu TINGSN Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “TINGSN”) was successfully held in Nanjing. Themed “Entering TINGSN • Alliance for Long-term Success,” the event brought together senior executives from both parties to jointly sign the strategic cooperation agreement. Attendees included Wang Xingkai, Party Secretary and General Manager of CR Medical Devices; Wang Peng, Deputy General Manager; Li Wei, General Manager of the Marketing Center; and Zhang Dongyu, Chairman of TINGSN, along with other core management team representatives from both companies.
During the conference session, both parties conducted specialized corporate presentations, delivering targeted reports and engaging in in-depth exchanges on dimensions such as their respective industrial layouts, platform resource advantages, core product line portfolios, and business development plans. Following the signing ceremony, a special working meeting of the Dealer Alliance was convened jointly with partner distributors Henan Zhengu Medical Device Co., Ltd. and China Resources (Henan) Medical Device Co., Ltd. Participants from multiple parties held discussions on core topics including deepening regional market penetration, expanding national distribution channels, commercial operation of products, and terminal implementation services. They reviewed industry market operational experiences, finalized the path for collaborative development within the Dealer Alliance, and established the strategic tone for long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation among all parties.
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks the formal establishment of a normalized, in-depth strategic partnership between TINGSN and China Resources Medical Devices. Moving forward, both parties will fully leverage their complementary strengths: leveraging China Resources Medical Devices’ comprehensive national pharmaceutical distribution network and its mature, omni-channel distributor empowerment service system, combined with TINGSN’s advantages in independent R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and core production capacity in the field of minimally invasive medical devices. With the current distributor alliance serving as a key operational vehicle, they aim to integrate the entire industry chain spanning medical device R&D and manufacturing, nationwide distribution and circulation, and clinical end-user implementation. Subsequently, both parties will provide multi-dimensional empowerment to allied distributors across product supply, channel resources, and operational management, collaboratively penetrating medical terminal markets at all levels, expanding the market coverage of core products, building a synergistic ecosystem for coordinated development across the upstream and downstream industry chains, and achieving mutual benefit, win-win outcomes, and long-term collaborative growth.
