Hebei Province Announces “Two Outstanding and One Advanced” Honorees in the Healthcare Sector

Decision of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Commending Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations in Hebei Province

In recent years, party organizations at all levels and the vast number of party members and cadres across the province have adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guide, thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the plenary sessions of its 20th Central Committee, earnestly carried out the deployments of the Fourth Plenary Session, and fully implemented the important instructions from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection visit to Hebei. Keeping his exhortations in mind and striving forward with gratitude, they have ensured that the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee are implemented consistently and effectively. Major national strategies have been deeply implemented, new quality productive forces have accelerated their development, reform and opening-up have been comprehensively deepened, livelihood initiatives have been continuously strengthened, overall social stability has been maintained, the political ecosystem has been constantly optimized, and solid progress has been made in high-quality development. Across all fronts and sectors in the province, a number of advanced models and exemplary figures have emerged.

This year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. To commend advanced models, promote righteousness, and further inspire Party organizations at all levels and the vast number of Party members and cadres across the province to remain true to their original aspirations and keep their mission firmly in mind, emancipate their minds, and strive for progress, the Provincial Party Committee has decided to confer the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Hebei Province” upon 100 comrades, including Comrade Pei Liyan; the title of “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker of Hebei Province” upon 100 comrades, including Comrade Liang Yuan; and the title of “Advanced Primary-level Party Organization of Hebei Province” upon 200 primary-level Party organizations, including the Party Committee of CSPC PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP LIMITED.

The outstanding individuals and advanced collectives commended on this occasion were selected through recommendations from Party organizations at all levels and the vast number of Party members and cadres, fully embodying their progressive nature, representativeness, and contemporary relevance. Their exemplary deeds and spiritual outlook vividly highlight the noble qualities of firm belief, loyalty to the Party, willingness to shoulder heavy responsibilities, and selfless dedication, thereby bringing to life the sense of responsibility and mission of Communists in the new era and fully demonstrating the strong role of primary-level Party organizations as fighting fortresses. It is hoped that the commended individuals and collectives will cherish this honor, continue their efforts, and strive tirelessly to achieve new accomplishments and greater successes on the new journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

Currently, Hebei is at a critical stage of high-quality development. Party organizations at all levels and the vast number of Party members and cadres across the province must more closely unite around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, firmly seize the strategic opportunities of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, fulfill their duties, act with practical responsibility, and accelerate the construction of an economically strong and beautiful Hebei with greater enthusiasm and a more vigorous spirit. They should strive to write Hebei’s chapter in the modernization drive with Chinese characteristics, making new and greater contributions to comprehensively advancing the building of a great modern socialist country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.
