Jingze Bio Submits Listing Application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange,CICC, Guoyuan International serves as the joint sponsor.
As a biopharmaceutical company specializing in assisted reproductive and ophthalmic drugs, Jingze Bio currently holds two core products: JZB30, a recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (rhFSH) injection primarily used for ovulation induction in assisted reproductive therapy and the treatment of male infertility; and JZB05, an anti-VEGF intravitreal injection candidate drug intended for the treatment of fundus neovascular diseases (FND), such as wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD).
As the company’s first commercialized product in the field of assisted reproduction, JZB30 is positioned to compete with Gonal-f®, an imported powder-for-injection formulation with a significant global market share. Its New Drug Application (NDA) was approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in April 2025. Furthermore, the company subsequently launched JZB33, an upgraded solution-for-injection formulation, equipped with a pre-filled cartridge injection pen to enhance patient convenience. The NDA for this formulation was accepted for review in June 2025.
In the ophthalmology sector, the core candidate drug JZB05 is currently undergoing Phase III clinical trials and is expected to complete them and submit a marketing application in the second half of 2026.
According to Frost & Sullivan data, the market size of assisted reproductive drugs in China is expected to reach RMB 11.3 billion by 2030; meanwhile, the anti-VEGF biologics market in China will also experience explosive growth.
