Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. recently convened the sixth meeting of its Board of Directors, at which the Chairman of the Board, members of various specialized committees of the Board, senior management personnel, and the securities affairs representative were elected and appointed.

She graduated from The Ohio State University in the United States with dual degrees in Marketing and Operations Management. In 2021, she worked in the User Growth Department of ByteDance. Since March 2022, she has been with Chunlizhengda Medical, currently serving as a Director, Chairperson of the Board, and Legal Representative of the company.
