On July 2, iRegene Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “iRegene Therapeutics”) announced the completion of its C+ round financing amounting to RMB 260 million. This round was led by Chengdu Sci-Tech Innovation Investment, with joint investments from CSC Financial Capital, Wuxi Venture Capital Group, Dingtai Star, Nanjing Xinjiye, and Hony Capital, among others. Existing shareholders Yuanxi Haihe and GSR United Runpuyuanfeng continued to make additional investments.

The proceeds from this round of financing will be primarily used to advance the company’s core clinical pipeline, conduct multi-pipeline clinical development, support global regulatory registration and clinical operations, build out industrialization capabilities, and facilitate subsequent capitalization efforts.

This marks another significant financing round completed by iRegene Therapeutics in a short period, following its C1 round of RMB 210 million secured in June this year.The cumulative funding amount across two rounds reached RMB 470 million.
The rapid completion of two consecutive financing rounds fully demonstrates the capital market’s continued recognition of iRegene Therapeutics’ core clinical assets, multi-pipeline layout, industrialization foundation, and subsequent capitalization path.
