CSPC Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Party Committee Honored as 'Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization of Hebei Province' Amid H-share Filing

On June 30, the Organization Department of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a commendation decision, conferring the title of “Hebei Province Advanced Grassroots Party Organization” upon the Party Committee of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited and other grassroots party organizations.

This selection aims to recognize advanced entities, establish exemplary models, promote integrity, and inspire enthusiasm. The selection criteria are stringent, requiring honored units to maintain a high degree of alignment with the CPC Central Committee in ideology, politics, and action. These units must demonstrate strong leadership teams, robust party member contingents, sound operational mechanisms, outstanding performance, and positive public feedback, while achieving significant accomplishments in reform, development, and stability. Receiving this honor represents a high level of affirmation from higher-level party organizations regarding our unit’s party-building work and the development of various undertakings.

In recent years, the Party Committee of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited has consistently adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It has deeply integrated Party building with the group’s development efforts, striving to transform the political advantages of Party organizations into a powerful driving force for high-quality development. Upholding its mission of “Making Quality Medicines for China and Benefiting People Worldwide,” the Party Committee has refined and upgraded its brand to “Red Leadership, Innovation-Driven.” This initiative has further elevated the corporate ideal of “keeping the original aspiration and mission in mind, inheriting the red gene, maintaining a pragmatic approach, and committing to serving the country through industry and science and technology.” In terms of organizational construction, all Party organizations within the group have strictly implemented the “Three Meetings and One Lesson” system, innovated learning formats, strengthened the education and management of Party members, and continuously consolidated the foundational role of grassroots Party branches as fighting fortresses.

In terms of effectiveness, “Party Member Vanguard Posts” and “Party Member Responsibility Zones” were established, and Party member task forces were formed to guide Party members and cadres to reveal their identities, set examples, and bravely assume responsibilities at critical moments. Adhering to the principle of “building Party branches on projects,” we extensively established “Party Member Vanguard Posts” and “Technical Breakthrough Party Groups.” Key Party members repeatedly overcame major challenges in frontier fields such as mRNA vaccines and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) drugs.

Upholding its original aspiration and fulfilling its responsibilities, the Party Committee of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited, leveraging the Puen Charity Foundation, has actively given back to society through public welfare initiatives such as the “Morning Light Action,” with cumulative donations exceeding RMB 3 billion.
